There is nothing to eat or drink 8 hours before surgery. Not even water. No smoking for 48 hours prior to surgery.
Nada de comer ni beber 8 horas antes de cirugia. Ni agua. No puede fumar 48 horas antes de cirugía.

Take all medications normally with a small sip of water. The only medications you are not to take are diabetic medications or any other mediations that we specifically discussed with you.

3.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Long sleeve shirts must be able to roll up past elbow without being tight.

4.
Your driver must be present at all times while you are in surgery, with their vehicle in the parking lot. They cannot leave once you have been called back.

Please remove all facial piercings. Please be sure your nails are filed to a short length and no dark nail polish.
